Here’s the first card:

Cardstock: Bazzill Prismatic; patterned paper: Lime Twist “Out of the Blue” (MME); stamps: “Super Star” (WPlus9); die: Double-ended banner (PTI); white embossing powder; Gelly Roll glitter pen
And here’s the card just based on the second challenge:

Same supplies as above without the patterned paper, and the addition of a star by Jenni Bowlin
So far I’m managing to keep up with the two challenge/two cards a week I set as a goal for this year. I’ll be back on Friday with another card for the Papertrey Ink Blog Hop. I know exactly what I hope to do. Let’s hope it works!
Both cards are bright and fun Karen! Great colors!!! So glad you played along with us in this week’s CAS(E) this Sketch!
Oh you rocked that WPlus9 set…two absolutely fabulous cards. Thanks so much for playing with us at CAS-ual Fridays!
What a fun card!! Love the bold colors and the shooting stars are fabulous!
I love how you saw two different looks in one design idea!
You are so clever, Karen. I love the direction you took the original sketch for both of these cards. Well done!
I love what you did – so dynamic! And when I first looked at the sketch, I thought, ehh. But then I scrolled down. Great job!
Rinda
