I am so grateful to be able to spend time with family this Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful feast and three days with both Adam’s and our families together. Adam and I took lots of photos and you’ll surely see them on some scrapbook pages but for now, here are the families.
And the feast.
Yesterday it was fun to find this as I was browsing.
Today we’re off to Half Moon Bay in the rain (sadly) to cut down a Christmas tree. But for me, the most exciting thing is having brunch with Rinda! How lucky is that? It’s certainly not often you get a chance to meet a blogging friend and I’m so looking forward to it.
It looks like you’ve had a wonderful time,Karen. Enjoy your meeting with Rinda….how great to actually be able to meet each other.
Oh,wow! have a wonderful time with Rinda! I’m more than a little envious.
It’s so lovely to see a photo of your family together.
Beautiful photos Karen – looks like you had a wonderful holiday!
I feel as though I need to wave to the top photo and say .. ‘hello Karen’s family’, it is lovely to see you all together.
Your Thanksgiving meal looks quite lovely and the table setting is beautiful – Australians as a whole seem to be simple table setters in comparison, but then again, this is a special celebration day.
Have a wonderful time with Rinda! 🙂
Happy Holidays, Karen! Looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving – awesome company and food too (it’s making me hungry, lol). Thanks so much for sharing your photos!
I had so much fun meeting you today!!! Glad you were able to find a way to avoid the rain.
My very large umbrella came in quite handy today at the game, and I was able to stay dry.
The alumni game was a lot of fun, too. Hope to spend even more time with you next ttime you’re in California.
Rinda
Sounds like a wonderful day! So glad you were able to spend it with your family. Lucky you – getting to meet a blogging friend in real life too! Isn’t it wonderful, when our online friendships can be brought into the 3D real world too. 🙂
Great photos, looks like you had a great day 🙂
Lovely to see photos of your family and the food looked lovely too.
