I didn’t take as many photos this week, so when I went to choose photos for each day it was quite a bit harder than usual. Note to self: take lots of photos!
1. Valentine goodies 2. Buttons (see below) 3. My stack of photo magazines I need to get through 4. Cupcakes and azaleas
The photo board I belong to issues a new challenge each week as well as a monthly theme. This year we decided to use the letters of the alphabet for the monthly challenges. Since I have LOTS of buttons, I took photos of them and put them together into a collage for the photo blog.
The photos you dohave though are so beautiful and interesting 🙂
I have lots of buttons too – also colour coordinated in little jars! Is that an Ikea jar bottom middle? Mine are all in those handy little spice jars 🙂 I may have to decorate them a little bit though after seeing the gorgeous little extras on some of your jars x
Your button collection (and photo board) is so adorable. I just love buttons! I have a habit of collecting them and not using them. But they look so nice in their jars 🙂
Love the Valentine’s Goodies picture – wonderful angle and focus.

Sorry I am so far behind in reading your blog… and of course commenting! Your photos are great and always so interesting. I love the “B is for Buttons” idea… takes my mind into all different possibilities!!
Your cards are so GREAT!! Always love looking at the details that you add.
I bought the ‘Happiness’ book, but haven’t read a word yet. The time will come.
Hugs,
Joni
Yes, you have a tremendous button collection! I love the way you have displayed them in the layout.
I agree with Mel – your angles are great in the shots you have and they tell the story of the week just as adequately as more would.
Beautiful buttons! This is a great, thoughtful post, Karen. I like the thought of taking something on for Lent..it makes a lot of sense.
