I took a lot more photographs this week, so I had quite a few to choose from. Completing the first of the Develop on Fridays assignments has reminded me to take several (or many) photos of the same thing from different angles. Here are five from this week.
1. beautiful cord from a lovely shop in Rhinebeck, NY that I rediscovered this week in my card-making tote 2. shadows from the fence in our backyard, taken from our bedroom window 3. Cornell bread made by Tracy with his new breadmaker 4. the newly renovated Kodak Hall at the Eastman Theater; a friend and I went to the RPO Pops concert Friday night 5. oven-roasted tomatoes; the only way to eat them in the winter.
All great photos Karen. I love the one of the shadows of the fence. Your tomatoes look yummy, what do you put on them when you roast them? On this healthy eating plan I’m doing they keep telling me to roast/grill tomatoes so any variations would be welcome.
lovely collection – love the shadows
Love the tomatoes! If you’re documenting your week, I’d go for those as a reminder of the season. If you’re looking for the best photo, I’d vote for the thread. It’s a beautiful photo and speaks to your artistic ventures.

I just love that pic of the cord! Stunningly simple 🙂 The bread looks lovely too, what is Cornell bread?
I love the tomatoes as well – one of my favourite ways to have them! In the winter I roast them and then make them into soup – it is delicious.
Beautiful photos. Those tomatoes look divine!
