Relief

HS: MS prompt for today:  Relief – Creating a mold that stands out from it’s surface.

I acquired this after my father passed away. It belonged to one of my great aunts or great-grandmother. There’s no one to tell me exactly who. I certainly don’t use it to iron, but I do use it to weigh down paper projects, and it works great. When I saw today’s prompt, I had no idea what to photograph, but as I was looking for something else I saw the pattern on  the handle and the “6.” I love it when a prompt makes you look at every day things with new eyes.
