Yes, I do scrapbook, but it sure seems to be sporadic. I still haven’t edited all the photos from our trip and we’ve been home seven weeks. It’s only four more weeks until we leave for Vancouver and Alaska! I did, however, get one photo from our trip scrapped for a Scrap-Mart blog post.
I love watching Sarah and Sadie interact. Sadie is the sweetest dog I’ve ever known, and she gets along with everyone. But she and Sarah have a special relationship.
I loved this Sassafrass Lass paper which came in a Studio Calico kit. The radiating lines prompted me to mat the photo on a circle from October Afternoon’s Rocket Age line. I used some American Craft Thickers for the title along with October Afternoon and Cosmo Cricket letter stickers. The paper flower is from American Craft, and the border is the edge of the Sassafrass Lass paper.
Cute layout! And aren’t you just the world traveler???
This is just a stunning layout Karen, the way you have combined colour and shape is just wonderful!
Love the way it seems to radiate the happiness out from the photo.
I love the clever way you have picked out the pop of red in the photo and used it to enhance the whole page
I’ve only recently discovered October Afternoon, and I really love it. Did you get it as part of a kit or buy it in a store?

Oh Karen, this is as beautiful as your cardmaking is 🙂 I love the background paper, my mind is now turning over ways to create my own!
I love this layout, Karen! That photo is too cute – I remember when you showed it on a prior post. Your use of the papers and letters are perfect! So beautiful and yet keeping the photo as the focal point.
